3)引領運動品類成長
負責所屬運動領域的發展，達成商業目標與業績表現，並培養夥伴的自主成長。

管理日常營運，維持安全環境、充足人力及穩定庫存，確保顧客隨時能找到所需。

Deliver high-quality products and sustainability values to customers through omnichannel sales and services, meeting diverse needs.
2)Create an Immersive Shopping Experience
Thoughtfully design product displays and store ambiance to inspire customers to explore and try our products.
3)Lead Sport Category Growth
Develop your assigned sport category, achieve business goals and performance targets, and empower teammates to grow autonomously.
4)Ensure Smooth Store Operations
Oversee daily operations, maintain a safe environment, ensure adequate staffing, and keep inventory well-stocked so customers always find what they need.
