KOL Business Development
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for expanding the customer base in the Asian, European, Middle East markets, capturing and developing business development strategies according to trends;
- Develop resources of KOLs/Influencers the above regions or relevant partners to facilitate business expansion;
- Maintain existing users and current partnerships;
- Collaborate and promote with potential investors or investment organizations to expand and develop the business.
Persyaratan
- Have experience in business management in other cryptocurrency exchanges or related blockchain companies;
- Have a good relationship with KOLs and communities in the crypto market;
- Prefer native speakers with good English and Mandarin (BIG PLUS) skills;
- Possess strong communication and sales skills;
- Prioritize experienced cryptocurrency traders;
- Work diligently and can handle KPI pressure.
Proses interview
- Step 1: Application review;
- Step 2: Discussion with Global Recruiter;
- Step 3*: Interview with Hiring Manager or Department Lead. Assignment or Second interview can also be scheduled (if needed);
- Step 4: Offer call;
- Final: Onboarding & KYC process.
