KOL BD Intern (Urgent)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Responsible for expanding the customer base in the Turkey, Europe, CIS, Korea markets, capturing and developing business development strategies according to trends;
2. Develop resources of KOLs/Influencers in these areas or relevant partners to facilitate business expansion;
3. Maintain existing users and current partnerships;
4. Collaborate and promote with potential investors or investment organizations to expand and develop the business.
Persyaratan
1. Have experience in cryptocurrency trading or KOL/Influencer;
2. Have a good skills to build relationship in the crypto market;
3. Prefer Turkish, English, Korean, Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Belarusian, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Kazakh, Armenian native speakers with good English skills;
4. Possess strong communication and sales skills;
5. Work diligently and can handle KPI pressure.
Proses interview
- Step 1: Application review;
- Step 2: Interview arrangement;
- Step 3*: Interview with Hiring Manager or Department Lead. Assignment or Second interview can also be scheduled (if needed);
- Step 4: Offer call;
- Final: Onboarding & KYC process.
