  1. Responsible for receiving user's consultation and answering user's doubts through online customer service tools;
  2. Feedback the problems existing in the use process of users in a timely manner, and do a good job in collecting and sorting out problems;
  3. Strong business sensitivity, able to master basic business after receiving training. Financial related knowledge and experience is preferred;
  4. Think about daily work, be good at discovering obstacles in user experience, mining user requests, and promoting problem solving and process optimization;
  5. Able to work in shifts./Able to work long night shifts (3 shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00) - 5 working days/week.

Yêu cầu

  1. Experience in Crypto Customer Service position;
  2. Fluent in English and Italian/French. Mandarin is a plus;
  3. Good logical thinking ability, can judge the real needs of users;
  4. Passionate about Client Server, responsible for customer experience, and able to provide comprehensive problem solutions;
  5. Effectively adjust communication methods and styles according to different objects;
  6. Have self-management ability and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing;
  7. Have good learning ability, good at discovery and self-summary;
  8. Experience in providing support to customers, including telephone, email, ticket, and online chat services;
  9. Good at communication, good expression ability, strong affinity, hard-working, good pressure bearing ability.

  • Step 3: Interview with Hiring Managers or Department Lead. Assignment or Second interview can also be scheduled (if needed).

  • Final (*): Onboarding & KYC process.

(*) KYC and Background check are mandatory. Please prepare resignation letter from the most recent company.
