Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Managing and monitoring network systems, connection with partners, server rooms, servers, CCTV system, storage devices, security devices, databases and infrastructure services.
- Handle/coordinate handling of situations, incidents, and problems arising related to the IT system.
- Maintain the continuous operation of IT system and services.
Persyaratan
- At least a Bachelor or Engineer degree in information technology, computer science or related fields. Certifications: CCNA, CCNP...
- Certifications or proven ability to manage Windows Server and Linux system.
- Demonstrable experience in managing Domain and email server.
- Having good communication and problem-solving skill, basic English communication.
- Understanding of system architecture and networks/firewalls.
- Knowledge of virtualization technology, hybrid environment, enterprise security solutions.
- Familiarity with information security processes and standards.
- 2 years of experience in the same responsibilities
