Accountant cum HR

1. Accountant tasks
- Coordinate with Chief Accountant to compare report data and final settlement
- Export invoices, enter software data
- Pay monthly tax reporting documents
- Check and reconcile payments and goods receipts to promptly record tax revenue as it arises
- Maintain good contact and coordination with tax authorities and relevant partners
- Organize and store documents
- Prepare internal reports and tax reports (VAT, PIT,...)
2. HR & Admin Tasks
- Prepare quarterly and annual labor reports
- Prepare labor contract, payroll, personal income tax report (quarterly, yearly), report personal income tax deduction documents (quarterly, yearly)
- Office management tasks: Order stationery, drinks, book airline tickets, hotels, look after office equipment...
- Support for ordering documents with detailed instructions (if any)
- Support other tasks as assigned by Direct Manager
Persyaratan
- Education: Majors such as Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Have experience as a tax accountant
- Have experience using MISA
- Proficient in Excel
- Good command of English
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in an international environment or a startup company
