Head of Lending

Our client is the leading fintech company in Southeast Asia who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm:

• Design and Manage all business channels: Direct sale, Call Center (telesales), Store online - to- offline (branch), R&D products
  
• Design and implement business strategies, plans, products and procedures
  
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth for Lending project
  
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
  
• Oversee daily operations of the project and the work of executives
  
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  
• Write and submit reports to the CEO
  
• Manage relationships with partners/vendors

• Language: Good in English (Listening – Speaking – Reading – Writing)
  
• Education qualification: Bachelor's degree required, master's degree preferred
  
• Candidate who are familiar with modern pawn financial organizations (For example: T99, NguoiBanVang, Vietmoney, F88, etc.) is preferrable
  
• Or have worked for banks, in charge of secured credit
  
• Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
