The eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, including our website and third-party marketplaces. This role involves developing and implementing eCommerce strategies, analyzing data to improve online sales performance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Strategy & Management:Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive online sales growth and profitability.Manage day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platforms, including website and third-party marketplaces.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of eCommerce initiatives.Product Management:Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management on the eCommerce platforms and marketplaces.Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product and pricing strategies.Customer Experience:Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all online channels.Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement.Work with the customer service team to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.Data Analysis & Reporting:Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, sales, and customer behavior.Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team.Make data-driven decisions to optimize eCommerce performance.Budget Management:Manage the eCommerce budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and ROI.Monitor and control expenditures related to eCommerce operations and marketing.
