As our Product Manager, you will be responsible in identifying customers’ needs and the larger business objectives that a product/feature will fulfil. You will also be tasked in articulating what success looks like for these said product/feature and in rallying team(s) to realise the vision by turning it into reality Responsibilities: Sourcing and integrating payment options across the SEA region (MY, SG, TH, ID, PH etc) • Leading the product development and launches for new markets Identifying, quantifying and executing areas of improvement through technical advancements Assisting the Credit team in integrating affordability solutions to improve CompAsia’s Credit Engine Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams to plan and bolster a product's/service’s success • Rapidly develop the trust and confidence of all parties involved, serving as a credible and trusted advisor Develop and maintain a superior level of product and market knowledge in support of understanding and discussing a myriad of business issues facing organisations and the best practices and problem-solving solutions offered by CompAsia Knowledge of Customers – knowledge of and ability to utilize customer profile and information Knowledge of Product/Service Line – knowledge of specific product/service and associated development process and strategy Other tasks assigned from time-to-time

Be Our Intern, Offline Retail Join CompAsia as an Offline Retail Intern, where you'll support administrative and operational tasks related to offline retail operations, scheduling, and communication. The role also involves data analysis, gathering and analyzing information to support business decisions, and communicating findings clearly. What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future? Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in managing calendars for senior staff, coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Ensure all engagements are scheduled efficiently, allowing for smooth operation of daily retail activities. Document and Data Management: Maintain accurate records, including filing, organizing important documents, and managing correspondence. Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible for operational decision-making. Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring clear and effective information flow between departments, staff, and clients. Assist in relaying important information across retail outlets and the central office. Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and preparing data from multiple sources, including business metrics and retail trackers. Perform basic statistical analyses to extract insights from retail performance data. Support senior management by presenting findings clearly to aid in data-driven business decisions.
