Graduate Trainee Program is an exciting opportunity to kick-start your career with Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Indonesia. Over 24 months, you will gain real hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment, take on meaningful challenges, and grow both personally and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various projects within different departments.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
- Shadow experienced employees to learn best practices in the industry.
- Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
- Actively involved in organizational, leadership, or social activities.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Agile, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve complex business challenges.
- Willing to be assigned to various locations across Indonesia.
