Key Responsibilities

• Assist in various projects within different departments.
• Conduct research and analyze data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflow and productivity.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback.
• Shadow experienced employees to learn best practices in the industry.
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with a bachelor’s or master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience.
• Actively involved in organizational, leadership, or social activities.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agile, curious, and highly motivated to learn and grow.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and solve complex business challenges.
• Willing to be assigned to various locations across Indonesia.
