Bug Triage Engineer/Analyst (Android / Bluetooth)

Duties:
Review incoming bugs relating to Bluetooth audio devices and determine the root cause of the failure. You will need to dig into multiple log sources, review documentation, consult with other teams and ensure bugs are sent to the correct orgs/teams with supporting evidence.
Responsibilities:
• Review logs and identify root causes for bugs
• Monitor and escalate major recurring issues and/or regressions.
• Engage with other engineering teams with clarification, root cause analysis and next steps.
• Update and route bugs based on what was unearthed in investigations.
职务需求
• Strong written communication skills and problem solving skills
• Experience triaging Android or Android app issues
• Experience with Android logs
• Experience with Bluetooth or Bluetooth audio (A2DP, HFP, LE audio)
• Experience with BT snoop/HCI logs, Ellisys or Frontline air trace analysis
• Experience looking at Android audio or Android Bluetooth logs in Android bug reports
• Develop test tooling/scrips as needed to ease & automate the triage process.
