Main tasks

• Perform manual functional testing, integration testing and regression testing on iOS and Android mobile phone. • Analyzing and writing test cases for new requirements. • Generate test report for the test results. • Co-work with project manager and developers to review SPEC and issues. • Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational teams to define test plan, test cases. • Buildup automation framework and implement automation test • Managing and coordinating outsourcing task if needed.

Key performance index

Successful candidates must be creative, collaborative, and have clear logic, while completing high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Professional requirement

• Knowledge of various types of testing, such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing. • Proficiency in using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Mantis) and test management tools to organize test cases, track defects, and manage test execution. • Ability to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders. • Ability to write clear and comprehensive test documentation. • Familiar with automation test tool (e.g. Pytest, Appium, Robotframework). • Familiar with API loading testing tool (e.g. Jmeter, Locust) • Capable of design and build up automation test case, as well as automating report generation. • Proficient in English communication.

Most challenging and difficult parts

The developer need to co-work and communicate with Vietnam and Taiwan team in requirement clarification, test plan/case discussion, bug discussion. Cross function/ region collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information system, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 2+ years experiences on mobile manual testing • 2+ years experiences on mobile automation testing • Work experience in App startups, digital banking, or FinTech is a plus

• Proficient in Vietnamese and either English or Chinese is a must.

• Scrum certificates a plus.
