Requirements

(1) Hiring Projects & Recruitment Marketing Activities
  • Support hiring projects with end-to-end recruitment marketing activities.
  • Localize global content for the regional market, adapting campaigns and relevant content for different segments.
  • Research local hiring/recruiting trends and provide insights to the regional lead.
  • Leverage social media channels (Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) as part of recruitment marketing strategies to drive job awareness, engagement, and applications.
  • Track posting performance and continuously optimize content formats, timing, and messaging.
(2) Partnership & Community Management
  • Support the development and maintenance of relationships with university partners, student communities, and external organizations to expand talent reach and engagement.
  • Assist in coordinating partnership activities, including campus collaborations, community events, and joint campaigns to drive employer branding and hiring outcomes.
  • Monitor and engage with talent communities across platforms (e.g., social media groups, messaging channels, events) to foster active participation, gather insights, and strengthen long-term relationships.
(3) Project Management
  • Support project management for webinars, online/offline events, and job seeker engagement activities; Help build and maintain engagement touchpoints with job seekers
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Social Media Savvy: Familiar with social media operations and content formats across Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok … understand what works for each platform.
  • Content & Design Friendly: Comfortable using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and/or basic video editing tools to create/repurpose social content assets.
  • Ownership Mindset: Proactive, responsible, and able to take tasks from idea to execution with strong accountability.
  • Project Management Ready: Able to plan timelines, coordinate stakeholders, track progress, and support smooth execution for webinars/events …
  • Fast Learner: Curious, resourceful, and quick to pick up new tools/processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Careful with execution quality, accuracy, consistency, and deadline discipline.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and open-minded, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Native proficiency in Indonesia
  • Effective communicator in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Committed to a minimum 6-month period, with the option to extend (minimum 3 days/week)
  • Work fully on-site at our Indonesia Office

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in business development and/or employer branding projects is a plus
