Job Description
- Administration, submission and registration for statutory funds, e.g. NHI, LI, LP
- Responsible for the daily payroll operations for clients in Asia-Pacific regions
- Coordinate all issues between clients, banks, statutory authorities and internal departments
- Handle phone-in and email enquiries on our services
- Maintain good business relationship with clients
- Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately
- Assist the Operation Manager on office administration
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Good numerical sense
- Organized, analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multitask
