【關於我們與這個職位】 我們是一家穩健發展且具備龐大市場規模的跨國日企餐飲集團。目前全台擁有超過 4,000 名正職與兼職夥伴。隨著業務版圖持續擴張，我們的 HR 團隊也正在穩步擴編中！
這是一個專注於「薪酬與勞務」的關鍵管理職位（完全不需負責招募）。您將以主任職級加入，與現任勞務主任採「雙主管制」共同帶領 6 位勞務專員，並直接向台籍人資副理與日籍人資經理匯報。如果您對數字敏銳、精通稅務申報，且渴望在大型企業中發揮您的 C&B 專業，歡迎加入我們，成為支撐 4,000 人企業運作的穩健力量！
◆ 薪酬與稅務管理 (最核心挑戰)
- 負責全公司 4,000+ 人事薪資計算確認及系統上傳（月底、月初結算期需配合出勤）
- 精準辦理各項所得稅扣繳申報、二代健保及相關報表作業
- 協助年度結算申報作業與稅務資料整理
- 負責日籍主管之薪資試算及年度申報作業
◆ 制度優化與法規遵循
- 應對勞動檢查，並妥善處理勞資糾紛與相關事務
- 定期檢視勞動法規，為公司提供流程優化建議
- 協助修訂工作規則，並確保獎懲制度與福利制度的有效落實
◆ 團隊管理與協作
- 與現任勞務主任共同帶領並指導 6 位勞務專員，優化團隊分工與執行效率
- 協助系統導入與優化專案，以及其他主管交辦事項

Requirements
MUST
- 專業硬實力： 具備扎實的「薪酬計算」與「稅務（所得稅申報）」實務經驗（此為本職位最重要的核心要求）
- 產業經驗： 具備 2 年以上 HR 經驗，熟悉「民生消費」或「連鎖零售餐飲業」的排班與計薪邏輯者優先。
- 個人特質： 面對龐大數據能保持細心與邏輯清晰；具備高抗壓性、責任感，且擁有良好溝通協調能力。

- 具備基礎至中等日文能力
Interview process
- 第一階段： 招募夥伴與現任勞務主任共同面試，聚焦專業技能與實務經驗。
- 第二階段： 日籍人資經理（及台籍人資副理）面試，聚焦文化適配度與發展潛力。
