Job Description
- 協助 CEO 管理日常營運事務，包含行政、會議及檔統籌。
- 追蹤並協調公司內部與外部合作專案進度。
- 整理與分析市場、客戶及技術資料，提供決策建議。
- 支援業務開發活動（如客戶聯繫、簡報準備、會議紀錄）。
- 與會計、法務及技術團隊協作，確保行政流程合規與高效。
- 代表 CEO 對外溝通或出席特定會議（視情況授權）。
Requirements
任職條件 Requirements
- 大學以上學歷，主修生物科技、化學、藥學、材料科學或相關領域尤佳。
- 3 年以上相關工作經驗，具生技或技術型公司經驗者加分。
- 英文能力佳：TOEFL iBT 80 分以上，或英檢中高級（CEFR B2）以上為佳。
- 熟悉 MS Office / Google Workspace，具良好報告與簡報撰寫能力。
- 個性細心、具跨部門溝通能力與良好時間管理技巧。
- 若具銷售經驗或對國際市場開發有興趣者尤佳。
