規劃員工活動、福利制度與內部溝通機制,提升組織凝聚力
4. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
與董事長及核心管理團隊合作,推動組織轉型
管理並整合現有 HR 人員(薪資、招募、考核)

其他要求:
約 10–20 年人資或組織管理經驗
具備 組織重整(restructuring)或制度建立經驗
具本土企業/傳產背景
曾擔任 HRBP / HR Manager / Team Lead,準備挑戰更高階角色者佳
強執行力與推動力
良好邏輯與溝通能力
軟硬兼施的領導風格
向上管理能力(直接對董事長報告)
