Job Description
我們正協助一家知名國際遊戲公司，尋找一位具備策略視野與實戰經驗的 行銷主管 Marketing Lead
此職位將帶 近10位成員，負責從新遊戲上市、異業合作到玩家社群經營的整體行銷規劃與執行，直接向 GM 匯報，是組織中舉足輕重的核心角色。
🕹️ 你將負責的任務
🎯 新遊戲上市規劃：制定並執行行銷策略，整合媒體投放、社群操作與線上線下活動，確保新品成功上市。
🎯 異業合作與品牌聯名：策劃跨界合作，整合外部資源，提升品牌曝光與玩家互動熱度。
🎯 專案推進與優化：檢視現有行銷流程與活動成效，持續優化專案效率與 KPI 表現。
🎯 IP 行銷與品牌強化：支援 IP 相關活動與推廣，深化玩家對品牌的黏著度。
🎯 直播活動策劃：規劃與執行新作或更新期的直播節目，強化社群互動與熱度延續。
Requirements
🧩 希望你具備
✔ 5 年以上行銷相關經驗，具遊戲產業經驗者尤佳。
✔ 熟悉數位行銷、生態社群操作、異業合作與直播活動規劃。
✔ 具備數據分析與策略判斷能力，能以數據驅動決策。
✔ 優秀的團隊領導與跨部門溝通能力，能推動整體專案向前。
💡 加分條件
➕ 有 IP 行銷 或 直播節目操作經驗。
➕ 熟悉數位行銷工具或玩家社群平台（如 Discord、Twitch、YouTube、X）。
➕ 具備英文溝通能力者佳。
