Job Description
We launched our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) – eHR, a comprehensive web portal comprising integrated HR systems that can easily be accessed anywhere with an Internet connection.
Responding to the fast-growing outsourcing service demand in Asia, we have built a regional capability with an established presence in India, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand.
Requirements
💰Payroll Specialist, Roles & Responsibilities
- Administration, submission, and registration for statutory funds, e.g. NHI, LI, LP
- Responsible for the daily payroll operations for clients in the Asia-Pacific regions
- Coordinate all issues between clients, banks, statutory authorities, and internal departments
- Handle phone-in and email enquiries on our services
- Maintain good business relationships with clients
- Manage customer requests and coordinate with various parties to ensure customer requests are handled promptly and accurately
- Assist the Operations Manager on office administration
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
💡Qualifications & Experience
- Degree holder in any discipline
- Candidates with 2 to 5 years’ working experience are the best , but we also accept the fresh graduate
🎯Knowledge & Skills Required
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Good numerical sense
- Organized, analytical, good communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a collaborative environment and multitask
- Adaptable and enjoy challenges with a proactive attitude
- Responsible, determined, result-oriented, cooperative, hard-working
- Acceptance to occasionally work under pressure and meet deadlines
