這是一家橫跨多品牌、結合實體與數位服務的新型態集團，旗下涵蓋寵物照護、食品營養、銀髮健康照護與軟體研發等多元事業線，從品牌營運到工廠製造皆自有團隊。
公司目前約 400+ 人規模，團隊平均年齡 30～40 歲，文化開放、重視實驗與快速迭代，技術與商業並重。你加入後，將有機會橫向協作不同品牌的專案，參與高流量電商平台與內部系統的品質把關，影響集團多條產品線的使用體驗。
Requirements
工作內容
-
帶領 QA 團隊規劃測試策略與自動化流程導入
-
分析 Web/Mobile 問題，與前後端團隊合作排除錯誤
-
依據 User Spec 進行系統測試，確保功能穩定性與一致性
-
建立測試文件與規範，提升團隊效率與測試覆蓋率
-
指導團隊持續進步，培養分析與問題解決能力
使用技術
Playwright / Cypress / Puppeteer / Nightwatch / TypeScript / 雲端應用測試經驗
需求條件
-
3 年以上軟體測試或自動化測試相關經驗
-
熟悉 Web / Mobile Web 架構運作
-
具備良好溝通與分析問題能力，可進行 Root Cause Analysis

細心負責，對品質有高標準與持續改善的熱情
-
具團隊領導經驗或潛力
加分項目：

熟悉 TypeScript
-
有開發經驗或雲端測試經驗
-
對問題追根究柢、熱愛找出最佳解法
薪資與地點
💰 年薪 NTD 1.1M – 1.6M（視經驗與能力調整）
📍 台北市信義區（前 3 個月需至新竹培訓，提供住宿或全額交通補助）
