企業正在尋找一位具備全局思維與卓越實戰經驗的法務主管,來領導並優化法務團隊,使其成為公司最強韌的風險防火牆,同時也是推動營運創新的可靠策略夥伴

您將深入理解集團商業脈動,主動設計法務機制、預見潛在風險,並建立高效率、能支撐國際拓展的法務架構。您將與營運、品牌、產品、供應鏈、海外等各高階部門密切協作,推動法務深度整合業務,並透過數位工具與流程優化,打造敏捷的法務團隊文化。加入企業,一起為提升動物福祉與生活品質創造更好的未來。

🔸 工作內容 (Responsibilities)

  1. 規劃與優化集團法務策略與制度,打造能支撐高速擴張國際化的法務架構。
  2. 領導並發展法務團隊,推動內部專業成長、知識管理與績效優化
  3. 建立跨部門合作機制,提升法務在業務流程中早期介入與策略整合的效率。
  4. 主導契約管理系統數位化工具的導入,提升審閱與流程效率。
  5. 提供重大決策投資/併購專案國際拓展等高階法律建議與風險評估。
  6. 建立法規遵循內部稽核流程,強化個資保護ESG內控等面向的合規治理。
  7. 管理重大爭議處理與訴訟案件,協助高層決策與外部律師協作。
  8. 推動內部法務意識訓練,提升全體同仁的基本風險意識與判斷力。


Requirements


🔹 基本條件 (Minimum qualifications)

  1. 具備專業律師執照,並有5年以上企業法務或相關實務經驗。
  2. 熟悉契約審閱公司治理法規勞動法規高階商業實務運作
  3. 具備卓越的邏輯思維風險判斷能力,能獨立提供策略性法務建議
  4. 擅長跨部門溝通領導協作,能將複雜法律概念轉化為業務語言。
  5. 具備法務團隊管理經驗流程優化數位工具導入的實際經驗。
  6. 有實際參與企業重大成長、組織轉型、國際化等過程的法務經驗。
  7. 具備建立法務團隊績效指標(KPIs)回饋機制並持續優化的能力。

🔹 加分條件 (Preferred qualifications)

  1. 跨國法務處理經驗(如國際合約、境外設立或海外人才派遣等)。
  2. 熟悉數位營運快消品/製造業動物產業相關法規。
  3. 募資/投資/併購協議等重大專案推動經驗。
  4. 熟悉投資契約募資流程
