企業正在尋找一位具備全局思維與卓越實戰經驗的法務主管，來領導並優化法務團隊，使其成為公司最強韌的風險防火牆，同時也是推動營運創新的可靠策略夥伴。
您將深入理解集團商業脈動，主動設計法務機制、預見潛在風險，並建立高效率、能支撐國際拓展的法務架構。您將與營運、品牌、產品、供應鏈、海外等各高階部門密切協作，推動法務深度整合業務，並透過數位工具與流程優化，打造敏捷的法務團隊文化。加入企業，一起為提升動物福祉與生活品質創造更好的未來。
🔸 工作內容 (Responsibilities)
- 規劃與優化集團法務策略與制度，打造能支撐高速擴張與國際化的法務架構。
- 領導並發展法務團隊，推動內部專業成長、知識管理與績效優化。
- 建立跨部門合作機制，提升法務在業務流程中早期介入與策略整合的效率。
- 主導契約管理系統與數位化工具的導入，提升審閱與流程效率。
- 提供重大決策、投資/併購專案、國際拓展等高階法律建議與風險評估。
- 建立法規遵循與內部稽核流程，強化個資保護、ESG、內控等面向的合規治理。
- 管理重大爭議處理與訴訟案件，協助高層決策與外部律師協作。
- 推動內部法務意識訓練，提升全體同仁的基本風險意識與判斷力。
Requirements
🔹 基本條件 (Minimum qualifications)
- 具備專業律師執照，並有5年以上企業法務或相關實務經驗。
- 熟悉契約審閱、公司治理法規、勞動法規及高階商業實務運作。
- 具備卓越的邏輯思維與風險判斷能力，能獨立提供策略性法務建議。
- 擅長跨部門溝通與領導協作，能將複雜法律概念轉化為業務語言。
- 具備法務團隊管理經驗、流程優化與數位工具導入的實際經驗。
- 有實際參與企業重大成長、組織轉型、國際化等過程的法務經驗。
- 具備建立法務團隊績效指標（KPIs）與回饋機制並持續優化的能力。
🔹 加分條件 (Preferred qualifications)
- 有跨國法務處理經驗（如國際合約、境外設立或海外人才派遣等）。
- 熟悉數位營運、快消品/製造業或動物產業相關法規。
- 有募資/投資/併購協議等重大專案推動經驗。
- 熟悉投資契約或募資流程。
