Job Description
財務策略與規劃
-
制定並推動公司整體財務策略，確保與集團發展方向及經營目標一致。
-
規劃年度預算、財務預測及資金運用計畫，以提升資金運用效率與財務穩定性。
財務與會計管理及合規
-
督導會計、稅務及資金管理相關作業，確保財務報表之正確性與即時性，並符合 IFRS 及主管機關（含臺灣證券交易所）相關法規。

負責定期財務報告（如季報、年報）之編製與申報，確保符合法規與主管機關要求。
集團財務管理與子公司支援
-
提供子公司財務、會計及制度規劃之專業建議與支援，強化集團治理與營運效率。
-
整合並管理海外子公司財務報表，確保財務資訊的一致性與透明度。
投資人關係管理
-
維持與股東、分析師及投資人之良好溝通，提升公司透明度與市場信任度。
-
負責重大財務資訊揭露與投資人關係管理，透過定期財務資訊發布及回應利害關係人需求，提升公司在資本市場之形象與能見度。
決策支援
-
提供專業財務分析，支援公司重大決策，如投資、併購及策略規劃。

建立並完善財務 KPI 與營運績效指標，強化公司績效管理機制。
風險管理與內控制度

建立並監控財務風險管理機制，涵蓋匯率、利率、信用與流動性等風險。
-
規劃並督導內部控制制度之建立與執行，確保公司營運穩健與符合法規。
團隊領導與管理
-
領導財務團隊運作，包括人才招募、培訓、績效管理與組織發展，持續提升團隊專業能力與整體效能。
Requirements
其他條件
- 財務、會計、金融或相關科系 大學以上學歷（碩士尤佳）。
- 具 簽核財務報表資格。
- 熟悉 IFRS、臺灣證券交易所相關規範及稅務法規，並具備財務規劃、資金管理與投資分析能力。
- 具 跨國營運或海外子公司管理經驗尤佳。
- 具 行政管理及固定資產管理經驗尤佳。
- 具備良好溝通、協調與跨部門整合能力。
- 英文聽說讀寫流利。
