Job Description
- Partner closely with BU leadership by participating in business and management meetings to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Drive key HR initiatives including talent acquisition, learning & development, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Lead or support HR projects such as campus recruitment, talent acquisition programs, and other strategic HR initiatives.
- Implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to support business growth and ensure organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders.
