日常任務
- 深耕客戶關係： 透過定期與不定期的拜訪，維護並強化與既有客戶的合作默契（外出拜訪皆提供公司企業計程車，無需自備車輛或開車）。
- 顧問式提案： 敏銳發掘客戶潛在的物流與供應鏈課題，並推動相應的解決方案。
- 跨國與跨部門協作： 處理來自集團海外據點的報價需求，並與內部各部門、專案負責人密切合作，確保物流流程順暢。
- 報價與專案管理： 回應既有客戶及潛在新客（含投標案）的報價需求，處理突發問題並優化作業流程。
- 系統作業： 熟練使用內部系統及 Excel、PowerPoint 進行業務資料彙整與匯報。
Requirements
- 具備 B2B / B2C 業務或客戶維護經驗： 產業不限，我們將提供完整的國際物流專業培訓，非常歡迎無相關產業經驗的優秀業務加入。
- 具備商務英文溝通能力： TOEIC 650 分以上，能流暢地在跨國會議與商務書信中使用英文。
- 熟悉基礎辦公室軟體： 能熟練操作 Excel、PowerPoint 等文書工具。
- 特質與思維： 具備「以客戶為中心」的服務意識，能主動發現問題並理性溝通，重視團隊合作與互相支援。
Better
- 具備國際貿易基本知識。
- 曾在國際貨運代理或物流產業擁有國際運輸業務經驗。
- 持有報關士資格。
