Job Description
- 建立與優化公司財務制度、內控制度及會計流程
- 編製年度預算、現金流與資金規劃，定期追蹤與分析差異
- 編撰財務與管理報表，提供高階管理決策建議
- 管理對外溝通事務，包含會計師、銀行、稅務及監管單位
- 領導並培訓財務與會計團隊，強化內部專業與合作效率
- 協助年度審計、稅務申報及財務相關專案執行
Requirements
- 大學以上財務、會計或相關科系畢業
- 具備10至15年以上財務與會計相關經驗，含3年以上管理職經驗
- 擁有會計師資格（台灣或國際）者尤佳
- 熟悉台灣會計準則、稅務規範與公司法相關實務
- 具備中英文聽說讀寫能力
- 領導能力強，邏輯清晰，高度責任感
