隸屬於台灣本土上櫃科技公司，深耕業界多年，近年成功轉型並專注於 5G 相關應用解決方案與自動化/精密測試設備。 公司擁有穩健的營運基礎，此職缺位於台北市內湖科學園區（近捷運西湖站），提供具備硬體測試背景的工程師一個從產線端轉戰原廠端的絕佳發揮舞台
🔷 職位職責
- 薪資待遇優渥： 提供約月薪 70,000 ~ 130,000 元（將依據您的真實經歷與技術深度核薪，預算充足），並享有年終、三節與績效獎金。另享全薪病假 4 天、全薪生理假 12 天等優於勞基法之福利假
- 人性化工作時間：常日班 09:00~18:00，週休二日見紅休，絕對不需輪班、無須外派，讓您找回 Work-Life Balance
- 核心價值轉換：將您過去在工廠/代工廠累積的機台操作與測試實務經驗，轉化為原廠技術顧問角色，不需負擔管理責任，專注技術發揮
🔷 職位職責
- 技術支援與客訴排除： 作為第一線技術窗口，與本地客戶合作提供技術支援（含現場支援），進行問題分析並提供有效解決方案
- 測試程式開發與維護： 制定測試計畫，並負責維護與開發功能測試（Functional Test）的程序腳本
- 系統整合專業服務： 協助客戶端進行系統整合，確保產品測試的穩定性與良率
- 跨部門技術協作： 將前端無法解決的深層問題，妥善記錄並上報給內部對應的研發團隊，並以手冊形式紀錄技術知識
🔷 職位要求
- 學歷背景： 大學學歷以上，電機、電子工程或理工相關科系畢業
- 核心技術（必備）： 具備 HP3070 (Keysight 3070) 測試機台與 ICT 治具 (Fixture) 實務經驗
- 語文條件： 具備一般英文能力（需能流暢閱讀原廠技術手冊 Datasheet 與撰寫簡單報告，口說敢溝通即可）
- 實戰經驗加分： 極度歡迎具備 EMS / ODM 代工廠實務經驗之產線工程師（TE / QA / PE 等）轉職，只要您懂機台，我們就歡迎
