Job Description
1.核心工作是產出能吸引捐款的廣告圖文素材（Content），若能兼顧廣告投放操作更佳，但非必要
2.需要具備高度的**成果導向（Result-oriented）**與數據敏感度，對「募款」有熱忱，而非僅僅是經營品牌價值。
Requirements
- 具備 2 年以上數位行銷經驗，熟悉各大社群平台操作邏輯。
- 具備廣告內容產製與投放操作的完整實戰經驗，曾實際執行從策略發想、素材製作到廣告上線與優化的完整流程，且過去經驗需兼具內容與投放兩者實戰操作，而非側重其中一環。
