Job Description
💼 工作內容
- 負責企業客戶網路架構規劃、建置與長期維運（LAN / WAN）
- 執行 Router / Switch / Firewall / VPN / Wi-Fi 等設備設定與管理
- 規劃與調整路由協定（BGP、OSPF）、ACL、QoS 等網路策略
- 進行網路效能監控、問題排除與容量優化
- 支援專案導入（含安裝、測試、驗收）並提供技術文件與客戶交付
- 與 Pre-sales / FAE 協作，完成整體專案落地
🛠 使用技術
- Network：TCP/IP、Routing / Switching、VLAN、VPN
- Protocol：BGP、OSPF
- Infra：Firewall、Load Balancer、Wi-Fi
- 架構：MC-LAG、FHRP 等高可用架構
- Vendor（加分）：Cisco、Fortinet、Juniper、HPE、MikroTik
Requirements
✅ 需求條件
- 3 年以上網路相關經驗（企業網路 / IDC / SI 專案）
- 熟悉企業網路架構與設備設定（Routing / Switching / Firewall）
- 具備網路問題排除與效能優化能力
- 有大型專案（政府 / 電信 / 企業）經驗者佳
- 具 CCNA / CCNP 或相關證照加分
- 能獨立作業並具備良好跨部門溝通能力
