【角色定位】
你將負責開拓智慧建築與 ESG 節能市場！你不僅是產品的推廣者，更是協助企業落實淨零碳排與數位轉型的戰略夥伴，協助客戶透過 AI 智慧技術與數位雙生提升資產價值。
【工作內容】
- 市場開發與業績達成：
主動開拓潛在客戶與新興市場案源，負責業務接洽與訂單處理，以確保達成年度業績目標。
- 客戶關係與通路維繫：
定期拜訪經銷商與指標客戶，建立長期信任關係，並有效傳達公司重大訊息、活動與產品資訊。
- 顧問式行銷與方案建議：
深入分析產品特色與競爭優勢，針對客戶痛點提供專業的購買建議與數位轉型解決方案。
- 專業簡報與產品演示：
獨立負責高品質簡報製作、產品演示（Demo）與提案說明，向客戶精準傳遞產品核心價值。
- 商務執行與財務管理：
負責產品報價、合約談判及文書作業處理（Word, PPT, Excel），並落實帳款回收與交易風險控管。
- 客訴處理與售後服務：
提供完善的售後支援，及時解決客戶端問題並協調客訴案件，以優化客戶滿意度與黏著度。
【職位需求】
- 具備系統整合商 (SI) 或政府標案經驗（或弱電相關、節能能源管理背景）
- 必須有強大的簡報製作與報告能力
- 能精準了解客戶需求，做出適合的提案
- 熟悉智慧建築領域者優先！
