Job Description
*技術支援服務的工作目標：
1. 處理客戶提出的技術問題
2. 維護和改善內部流程和工具，例如:追蹤、歸納整理客戶各類型問題，並回饋給相關人員
3. 技術支援文檔之更新維護
4. 客戶相關資料建置以及管理
5. 客戶產品上線專案管理
6. 跨部門溝通協調
7.主管交辦事項
保障年終：13個月、績效獎金、優於勞基法特休
Requirements
固定中班班別，工作內容熟悉可以遠端辦公

二面：GM
