Job Description
主要職責：
- 協助統籌公司內部活動
- 處理來電來函、回覆『英文』信件，並進行資料分類與存檔
- 協助處理各項行政文書工作，包括文件打印、掃描、復印和整理
- 跟進並處理供應商或合作方的日常需求
- 完成上級交辦的其他行政工作
任職資格：
- 大學本科或以上學歷，專業不限，行政管理或相關領域優先。
- 至少1年以上行政助理或相關領域的工作經驗，具備基本的行政管理知識。
- 良好的溝通協調能力和服務意識，能夠有效處理內外部聯繫。
- 熟練使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）等辦公軟體，具備良好的文書處理能力。
- 良好的時間管理能力，能夠處理多項任務並確保按時完成。
- 具備高度的責任心、保密意識及良好的團隊合作精神。
- 良好的中英文書面閱讀、書信回覆能力。
Requirements
優先條件：
- 熟悉辦公設備操作，如打印機、掃描儀等。
- 有會議或活動組織經驗者優先。
上班時間：週一到週五 10:00 AM-17:00 PM（午休一小時）
工作地點：台北市內湖區
35,000 ~ 38,000 TWD / month
