COMPANY PROFILE

Executive recruitment specialist company – Cake Global is recruiting on behalf of a Shanghai-based expert matching and consulting company, currently expanding its operations to Vietnam.

Location: HCMC, Vietnam (Remote at first, then onsite)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand and Manage Client Consulting Requirements

• Thoroughly understand clients’ consulting project requirements, including interview objectives, discussion topics, target industries, target companies, and specific job functions.

• Clarify project scope, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations.

2. Identify and Recommend Qualified Industry Experts

• Search for, screen, and recommend suitable industry experts based on project requirements.

• Ensure expert profiles meet client expectations in terms of experience, industry background, and functional expertise.

3. Project Coordination and Execution

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate resources and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on schedule.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to ensure timely completion.

4. Relationship Management

• Develop, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with industry experts and clients.

• Act as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

5. Industry Research and Market Insights

• Stay up to date with industry news, developments, and market trends relevant to ongoing projects.

• Regularly compile and share industry insights, news summaries, and trend reports with internal teams or clients as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in expert network companies, preferably in a Project Manager or similar role.

• Language: Fluent spoken English.

• Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, proactive mindset, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
