BuckChaf is a London-founded Web3 and FinTech consulting company working with Tier-1 exchanges, protocols, and infrastructure providers.

We are hiring a Senior SaaS Sales Manager (B2B / Web3 / FinTech) to support our APAC and global expansion, working closely with institutional clients and internal cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Role Overview

As a Senior SaaS Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B revenue growth by selling BuckChaf’s SaaS solutions and productized services to mid-to-large enterprises.

This role is designed for experienced SaaS sales professionals who are comfortable owning complex sales cycles, engaging decision-makers, and, ideally, leveraging an existing professional network or client base.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy and directly influence BuckChaf’s commercial growth strategy.

Persyaratan

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full SaaS sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closing

  • Develop and manage enterprise or mid-market client relationships

  • Leverage existing networks or accounts to accelerate pipeline growth

  • Work closely with Product and Customer Success to ensure strong delivery

  • Forecast revenue and maintain a structured sales pipeline

  • Contribute to go-to-market and pricing discussions

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in Web3, FinTech, or technology sectors

  • Demonstrated ability to close complex or high-value deals

  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and buyer personas

  • Ability to operate independently in a remote environment

  • Clear ownership mindset and commercial judgment

Strong Plus (Not Mandatory)

  • Existing client relationships or industry network

  • Experience selling to APAC or international markets

  • Familiarity with subscription-based or platform products
