BuckChaf is a London-founded Web3 and FinTech consulting company working with Tier-1 exchanges, protocols, and infrastructure providers.

We are hiring a On-chain Analyst (Trading-Focused) to support our APAC and global expansion, working closely with institutional clients and internal cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Role Overview

The On-chain Analyst (Trading-Focused) supports trading and risk teams by analyzing blockchain-level data to generate actionable insights for market timing, positioning, and risk assessment.

This is not a content or marketing role.
You will focus on real signals, capital flows, and behavioral patterns that inform trading decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze on-chain data related to exchange flows, whales, and smart money

• Monitor wallet behavior, supply changes, and liquidity movements

• Translate raw on-chain data into actionable trading insights

• Work closely with traders to validate and refine signals

• Build dashboards, reports, or alerting frameworks

• Evaluate signal reliability across different market regimes

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with on-chain analysis tools and data

• Strong understanding of how on-chain behavior impacts price and volatility

• Ability to distinguish signal from noise

• Analytical mindset with clear communication skills

• Experience supporting trading decisions is a strong plus

• Familiarity with derivatives positioning and funding dynamics

• Experience combining on-chain data with technical or macro analysis

3. Technical / Domain Interview

• Ability to communicate clearly under pressure
