BuckChaf is a London-founded Web3 and FinTech consulting company working with Tier-1 exchanges, protocols, and infrastructure providers.

We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to support our APAC and global expansion, working closely with institutional clients and internal cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Role Overview

As a Marketing Specialist at BuckChaf, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that support brand positioning, lead generation, and business growth across Web3 and FinTech markets.

This role requires a strong balance between strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with Business Development, Growth, and Product teams.

Candidates with design capabilities or experience working closely with designers will be strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business and growth goals

  • Develop marketing plans, content calendars, and campaign timelines

  • Support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives

  • Collaborate with BD and Growth teams on go-to-market activities

  • Coordinate content, visuals, and messaging across channels

  • Track and analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in marketing planning or campaign execution

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals

  • Ability to translate business objectives into marketing actions

  • Clear communication skills and strong execution mindset

  • Experience in Web3, crypto, or FinTech is a plus

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Graphic design skills or experience using design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe)

  • Experience working with external designers or agencies

  • Understanding of B2B or SaaS marketing funnels
