Job Description
BuckChaf is a London-founded Web3 and FinTech consulting company working with Tier-1 exchanges, protocols, and infrastructure providers.
We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to support our APAC and global expansion, working closely with institutional clients and internal cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Role Overview
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you will help design and build internal and client-facing systems that support BuckChaf’s operations, analytics, and productized services.
You will work closely with Operations and Commercial teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain full-stack web applications
- Collaborate on system architecture and product design
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability
- Integrate APIs and data pipelines related to Web3 systems
- Participate in technical design discussions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in full-stack development
- Strong knowledge of modern frontend and backend frameworks
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud environments
- Web3 or crypto experience is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
