[Internship] Office and Personal Assistant Intern

1. Departmental tasks:

• Housekeeping for current PANF and prepare tracking list
• Update name + photo of newcomers for org chart
• Raise SO and issue invoice
• Control stationery/accessory list and report (keep eyes on inventory and issue replenished order if needed)
• Contract signing/sending/following up and recording
• Posting department announcement/new guideline into dept platform
• Get access card for guests
• Book hotel for VIPs
• Support workshop, events, lunch, dinner
• Other assigned (if any)

2. Personal assistant for HoD tasks:

• Receive invoice for travel and non-travel expense of HoD, proceed claim in system and follow up with HRS9
• Support HoD with some daily life activities
• Support to plan leisure trip for HoD and family
• Other supports (if any)

• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Time management, task management skill
• Hard-working, detailed oriented, result oriented
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn attitude, adaptive, flexible
