TALENT ACQUISITION (RECRUITMENT) STAFF

Responsibility :

• Identify and use various channels such as job recruitment portals, social media, job fairs and professional networks to attract candidates.
• Search for potential candidates who suit the company's needs through online searches, databases, job portals, professional networks and other resources
• Prepare job descriptions for recruitment needs
• Collaborate with management and related teams to understand the company's workforce needs, both in terms of quantity and quality
• Plan and manage the interview, psychological test and assessment process to evaluate the qualifications and potential of prospective employees
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospective employees through effective communication, providing accurate information and providing a positive experience during the recruitment process.
• Carrying out the administrative process of recruiting new employee data.
• Build strong communication, give support and explore potential collaboration among academy, government and stakeholder

Requirements :
- Male or female, aged max. 25 years old
- Minimum education of a bachelor's degree majoring in Psychology
- Have 2 year experience as Talent Acquisition or recruitment from F&B or hospitality is preferred
- Can conduct the end to end recruitment process
- Can conduct interviews and familiar with Psychological Tools
- Have extensive relationships with job vacancy publication partners (job portals)
- Have good, effective communication & good analytical skill
- Agile, good attitude, fast learning & detail oriented
- Can work according to targets
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
- Willing to joined IMMEDIATELY
