Operations Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Operations Executive (Generalist) to support our team across Human Resources, Business Operations. This is a junior role suited for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and is eager to grow across both business and product.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

• Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
  
  
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  
  
• Maintain HR documentation, policies, and internal records
  
  
• Contribute to team wellness and internal HR initiatives
  
  

Operations

• Coordinate internal processes, task tracking, and team coordination
  
  
• Support vendor relationships and cross-functional communications
  
  
• Help document and maintain SOPs and workflows
  
  
• Monitor project deadlines and assist with scheduling
• Keep up with any internal data tracking and analytics

Product Operational Support

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand feature rollouts
  
  
• Perform manual testing of web or mobile applications based on test cases
  
  
• Report bugs, inconsistencies, or UI/UX issues in a structured way
  
  
• Assist in maintaining QA documentation and feedback logs

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  
• Good emotional intelligence (EQ) and team communication
  
  
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and switch between tasks effectively
  
  
• Interest or basic exposure to software testing or product environments
  
  
• 1–2 years of work or internship experience in HR, operations, admin, or QA (preferred but not required)
