About this role: An influencer campaign consultant is a consultative sales & account management role, whichhelps clients with the need to do overseas influencer marketing to match the most suitableinfluencers for the right campaigns. You will help clients create or perfect influencer campaign strategies and work with our globalinfluencer team to source ideal influencers and follow the campaigns from start to finish, whilestrengthening the relationships with both the clients and creators. As a campaign consultant, you will be working closely with both clients and influencers (mostlyon Youtube, Instagram, and TikTok), strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. We work with creators and campaigns covering N and South Americas, Europe, and MENAregions, therefore versatility in different languages skills is also highly desirable(at least fluencyin Chinese and English). Experiences in recruitment, business development, consultative sales,and cross-border account management are a major plus. Main responsibilities: ❖ New business outreach, deck building and pitching; ❖ Upselling agency's services to grow existing client accounts; ❖ Understand, cultivate, and decipher client requirements; ❖ Influencer sourcing, evaluation, and recommendation; ❖ Work with teams to mediate between clients and potential influencers, take part ininfluencer rate negotiation; ❖ Influencer campaign timeline & deliverable management; ❖ Influencer campaign result measurement & reporting; ❖ Taking part in creating and reinforcing a positive, sales-based team culture; Basic Qualifications: ❖ Professional fluency in English, native or near-native is preferred. ❖ Have worked in remote multicultural environments where professional-level communication with members from different parts of the world and backgrounds. ❖ Strong capacity for self-organizing, proactivity, project management, and negotiation skills. ❖ Having an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong communicator and facilitator. ❖ Data-driven, strong problem-solving skills with analytics. ❖ Have worked in a sales-driven environment and have demonstrable achievements insales or business development related roles. ❖ Have a solid foundational knowledge of online influencers and have worked directly / indirectly with them in your previous work. Even better if you have the following: ❖ Fluency in an additional language such as Spanish or Portuguese. ❖ More than 2 years of sales or business development related experience in aservice-oriented role. ❖ Had proven success in cultivating new clients or scaling new clients to become keyaccounts / stable accounts. ❖ Have built sales/marketing pipelines to efficiently attract and convert client leads.
