為持續提升平台數位服務品質與 AI 應用能力，我們希望邀請一位 AI 系統技術顧問（兼職），協助優化現有網站技術架構，並重新設計與優化 AI 客服系統。
本職位特別適合 資訊工程 / 人工智慧領域的博士生或研究生，希望將 AI 技術應用於實際系統場景。

【工作內容】
本職位工作內容約分為兩大方向：
1. 現有網站技術與架構優化（約 50%）
◆ 檢視目前網站系統架構與開發方式
◆ 提供網站程式架構與技術優化建議
◆ 協助評估網站系統未來技術發展方向
◆ 與外包開發團隊進行技術討論與溝通
◆ 協助確保網站開發品質與系統設計合理性

2. AI 客服系統重新架構與優化（約 50%）
◆ 檢視目前 AI 客服系統架構與運作方式
◆ 改善 AI 回答品質與準確度
◆ 設計以網站內容為基礎的 AI 問答系統
◆ 建立適合的 AI 技術架構
◆ 評估不同 AI 模型與技術方案
◆ 協助建立更穩定且可擴充的 AI 客服系統

本職位主要角色為 技術顧問與系統架構建議，不需負責日常網站開發，但需要能夠 從系統架構與 AI 技術角度提出優化方向。

【職務必備條件】
◆ 就讀或研究於以下相關領域：資訊工程、電腦科學、人工智慧、資訊科學
◆ 熟悉以下至少一項技術領域：AI / Machine Learning、 Natural Language Processing、Large Language Models (LLM)
◆ 具備基本程式設計能力（Python 或 Web 技術）

To further enhance our digital services and AI capabilities, we are seeking a Part-time AI Systems Technical Consultant to support the optimization of our current website architecture and the redesign of our AI-powered customer service system.
This position is particularly suitable for PhD students or graduate students in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields who are interested in applying AI technologies in real-world systems.

Key Responsibilities
This role consists of two primary areas of responsibility:
1. Website System and Architecture Optimization
◆ Review the current website system architecture and development approach
◆ Provide technical recommendations for system and code optimization
◆ Evaluate future technical development directions for the platform
◆ Collaborate with external development vendors on technical discussions
◆ Help ensure the quality and soundness of system design and implementation

2. AI Customer Service System Redesign and Optimization
• • Review the current architecture and operation of the AI customer service system
• • Improve the quality and accuracy of AI-generated responses
• • Design an AI Q&A system grounded in the website’s existing content
• • Propose and implement suitable AI architecture approaches
• • Evaluate different AI models and technical solutions
• • Help build a more stable and scalable AI customer service system

This position is primarily a technical advisory and system architecture role. The consultant is not expected to be responsible for day-to-day website development, but should be able to provide recommendations from both AI system and architecture perspectives.
Qualifications
Required
• • Currently studying or researching in one of the following fields:
Computer Science
Computer Engineering
Artificial Intelligence
Information Science or related fields
• • Familiarity with at least one of the following areas:
AI / Machine Learning
Natural Language Processing
Large Language Models (LLM)
• • Basic programming ability (Python or web-related technologies)

Working Arrangement
Part-time position
