Project Manager (Junior)

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery and cross-functional coordination. This role oversees the overall planning and execution of customer programs and projects, acting as a coordination point between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Own overall planning, scheduling, and delivery management of customer projects and programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day communication.
• Collaborate with R&D, sales, operations, and external partners to ensure project goals and timelines are achieved.
• Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with contracts and program objectives.
• Plan and facilitate project status meetings, internal/external reviews, and delivery checkpoints.
• Support and manage government-funded program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Familiar with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or MS Project.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in software development, system integration, cloud, telecom, or 5G-related projects.
