Job Description

地點:台北市(天母、小巨蛋)、新北市(林口)、新竹市皆有職缺

工作範圍與職責:

    • 支援分校日常營運與行政事務,確保環境與流程順暢。
    • 提供專業的家長服務,維護良好溝通並協助留存。
    • 協助試聽、招生與續班相關流程,並進行必要的後續追蹤。
    • 與教師與教學團隊協作,確保課堂品質與溝通一致。
    • 管理學生與課程相關資料,維持文件與報表的準確性。
    • 與分校經理及總部保持密切溝通,適時回報營運狀況與風險。

    薪資範圍:

    月薪至少 新台幣 40,000 元,具體金額彈性,依應徵者之資歷與能力可議。另提供績效獎金制度。

    福利制度:

    健保、勞保、勞退、彈性休假/排休、每雙周不定時聚餐、辦公室餵食、高級員工酒吧半價

Requirements

     基本要求

    • 基本英語能力(能閱讀與回覆簡單英文信件、對話)
    • 行政管理能力(處理報名、課程安排、文件管理)
    • 良好溝通能力(與學生、家長、教師聯繫)
    • 細心與責任感(處理細節、避免錯誤)
    • 基本電腦操作(Excel、Word、Google Drive、報名系統)

    加分條件
    • 有教育或服務業營運經驗。
    • 具活動執行、學校行政或分校營運經驗者佳。

Our Mission
