  • 管理分校日常營運與行政工作
  • 維繫現有客戶關係,推動加購與續報
  • 招募、培訓、與管理分校人員
  • 排定分校各類人員工作時程
  • 管理與提交分校帳務報表
  • 定期向營運經理匯報工作

薪資範圍:

月薪至少 新台幣 55,000 元,具體金額彈性,依應徵者之資歷與能力可議。另提供績效獎金制度。

福利制度:

健保、勞保、勞退、彈性休假/排休、每雙周不定時聚餐、辦公室餵食、高級員工酒吧半價

Our Mission

With the rapid advancement of AI and evolving global industries, the younger generation's future is marked by "uncertainty." The OECD and McKinsey & Company have both emphasized that critical thinking is essential for the future workforce but is currently underdeveloped. Ascent Academy was founded to cultivate young leaders capable of navigating this uncertainty and addressing global challenges.

Our approach focuses on developing critical thinking through English-based debate, reading, and writing. Rather than rote memorization, we center our curriculum on global social issues, encouraging logical reasoning, analysis, and discussion. We partner with social organizations for high school students to offer leadership programs that integrate soft skills and real-world project implementation, fostering both practical and social impact.

Our teachers, with diverse international backgrounds, genuinely care about students' growth. Beyond academic training, we help students discover their potential and self-worth, guiding them to become future leaders with a mission to change the world.
