Talent Acquisition Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team and provide invaluable support to our HR department. You will be at the forefront of our ambitious global expansion. Your mission is to attract and recruit exceptional talent from across the APAC region, including Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Korea, and China.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct candidate profile searches across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, desktop searches, job boards, etc.
• Upload and manage data to our applicant tracking system to maintain an organized and efficient hiring process.
• Screen CVs and interviews schedule with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage the posting, updating, and removal of job ads on various platforms like job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
• Establish partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies in the APAC region. Collaborate with the marketing team for employer branding and with the HR team for internal communications.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Support the team with other tasks as assigned.

• Fresh graduate or final-year student who can work full-time.
• Interested in recruitment and HR-related work.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience as a Staff Assistant or in a similar junior HR role is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
