Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

This isn't your typical recruitment internship — it sits within our Sales & Marketing department.
As a Recruitment and Employer Branding Intern , you'll play a key role in connecting Arches with top industry experts for high-impact consulting projects. This position combines hands-on recruitment with light employer branding and outreach support.

Your responsibilities will include sourcing and reaching out to expert candidates via LinkedIn, tracking recruitment campaigns, and helping us enhance how we present our brand to professionals across industries.

We're looking for someone with strong English and communications skills, research abilities, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, self-starting attitude.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment (70%)

• Enhance and manage the database in the company's Internal System.
• Identify and shortlist top-notch expert candidates using search tools such as LinkedIn or any other creative search tools.
• Qualify candidates' profiles to ensure a strong fit for internal and external project requirements from clients.
• Execute and improve outreach campaigns to attract targeted candidates
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain clear records for analysis.
• Automate routine tasks to make processes more efficient.
• Interview coordination & database management.
• Data management & analysis.

Employer Branding (30%)

• Collaborate with Marketing to increase expert awareness of Arches through targeted engagement
• Build trust with experts by supporting branding activities such as polishing our online presence, sharing expert success stories, and maintaining clear, consistent communication
• Support the conversion of expert interest into completed onboardings

Background

• Final-year students and recent graduates who can intern full-time for at least four months.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written) - Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.
