Operations Intern (Korean Speaker)

ROLE OVERVIEW

As an Operations Intern (Expert Matching Team), you will support both recruitment and client-facing tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in expert sourcing, client interaction, and localized recruitment, working closely with the team to ensure smooth coordination with expert partners and clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with expert referral partners to support client needs.
• Proactively engage with clients by tracking usage reports, updating revenue data, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Support project delivery by monitoring progress, coordinating expert sourcing activities, and ensuring timely execution.
• Assist in business development by identifying potential client leads and customizing introduction decks.
• Post interview offers on local job platforms and monitor responses.

Location: Floor 3, Vista building, 19-21 Tan Cang, Ward 25, Binh Thanh, HCMC, Vietnam

Background

• Final-year students and recent graduates who can intern full-time for at least 6 months.
• Fluency in English and Korean (both verbal and written) - Able to communicate confidently with a diverse network of experts across APAC.
• Additional language skills are a plus!
