You will work independently to assess how you can maximize your value, and to agree success criteria and measures for the engagement. Examples of the type of work you will get involved in include bringing together business and technology teams to define the strategic architecture for customers; collaborating across multiple technology teams to solve problems in an imaginative way; or guiding project teams to co-create architecture principles, solutions, or roadmaps. Core Responsibilities Have experience across a wide variety of architecture engagements in multiple areas of business/technology.Identify, qualify, and propose strategy, initiatives and solutions aligned with business outcomes.Lead planning and prioritization activities, coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of existing and target architectures.Provide subject matter expertise to identify and recommend workable solutions to clients.Work with the project management to develop the overall implementation solution plan and serve as a lead, as required, overseeing aspects of the project life cycle, from the initial kickoff through the requirements analysis, design, and implementation phases for projects within solution area.Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies.Create API and ETL designs.Participate in client facing meetings and documenting key decisions and action items.Serve as the architecture lead for application and integration team.Collaborate with product management and business owners, solutions architects work closely with product management and business owners to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and flexible system designs.Define the architecture and design of the solutions developed within the SAFe framework to create and maintain architectural runway, identify key architectural components, and ensure that the architecture aligns with the SAFe principles and practices.Guide agile teams by providing technical leadership and architectural direction by assisting teams in making technology decisions, resolving technical challenges, and ensuring that the architecture is implemented correctly within the Agile Release Train (ART) or Solution Train context.Participate in solution and system demos to highlight the architectural aspects of the solution to demonstrate how the architecture supports the desired functionality, performance, security, and other non-functional requirements defined in SAFe.Ensure the quality and compliance of the solution architecture within the SAFe by collaborating with other architects, including Enterprise Architects, to ensure architectural consistency, adherence to standards, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

We’re seeking a Database Developer who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have SQL development background and SSIS/ETL development experience. The ideal candidate has experience in SQL development, SSRS, SSIS, ETL, Power BI, and Azure Data Factory. Core Responsibilities Designs, builds and implements relational databases.Reviews T-SQL code and performances optimization.Works closely with other members of the business analyst, database administrator and software development, and database development teams, sharing knowledge and making recommendations as needed.Works with offshore development teams and reports.Completes documentation on all assigned systems and databases, including business rules, logic, processes Functional Responsibilities Implement a viable system that can survive and adapt changes demonstrated through delivered projects.Ability to use critical thinking to solve issues that arise.Ability to troubleshoot database performance issues.Ability to deliver successfully tasks and projects independently and be a consultant for others.Ability to do performance tuning: query optimization (avoid coding loop and correlated subqueries), applying indexes and partition functions.Ability to write, debug and test stored procedures, functions, triggers.

This person will have ASP.Net, .Net Core, C#, and Azure experience. Core Responsibilities Design, create and maintain applications using the .NET platform and environment.Understand requirements and transform them into functional applications in line with business objectives.Maintain and upgrade existing applications and fix issues.Collaborate with peers to design the best solution possible using the .Net framework and Microsoft tech stack.Rewriting/making changes in existing code structure to increase efficiency and performance.Ensure error-free code that adheres to best coding practices.Test, monitor, and make better solutions through incremental updates/new features/app optimization.Innovate and build high-quality software solutions leveraging the versatility of the .NET platform.Implement best practices and methodologies for security, quality, and development approach.
