Job Description
- Receive stocks, merchandise, restock and perform physical stocktakes.
- Deliver excellent customer service with good product knowledge.
- Assist with cashiering as and when required.
- Ensure store security and perform basic housekeeping tasks, including cleaning the shop, shelves & products.
- Plan and manage staff duty rosters.
- Perform store opening and closing procedures, including reconsiling sales, balancing cash & credit transactions at the end of the day.
- Maintain accurate stock invetory records.
- Handle customer complaints effectively.
- Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior and Management.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with at least 1 - 2 year(s) retail experience will have an added advantage.
- Candidates able to communicate well in English & BM.
- Mandaring speakers will have an added advantage.
- Candidates are able to handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Possess own transport.
- Willing to work on shifts (morning or afternoon shifts: 19am - 7pm or 2pm - 10pm, with 1 hour break), weekends and public holiday.
